every one should know why and when to eat and drink?
Indeed water is very important and essential... but an important question: does drinking juice and coffee(s) count as drink the amount of water required??!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kawthar :*
ReplyDeleteNoor yes you are true but still the amount of water a person should drink have to be known for the sake fo the body.
As for Ms. Band's question (walu2a), I looked for your question and certainly nothing can fully compensate water. You might drink 1 or 2 cups a day of a 100% fresh juice to get the water needed but still this juice have calories while water doesn't. So water is better.
ReplyDeleteAnd as for coffee and tea both can also give you some of the amount needed but because of the presence of caffeine in them the result might be reversed!
So i say it to myself first, we can drink whatever we want, but it would be better if we drink more water and less juices or caffeine products :)
For sure water is an important and essential for human being so keep drinking water and protect it from dangerous
